SUNDAY PROGRAMS
Nursery
Loving nursery workers provide a clean and safe environment. Parents can have peace of mind while they attend one of the adult Bible study classes or worship services. Child care is provided for newborns through four years old, during all weekly service times.
Sunday School: 9:00 AM
Games, excitement, learning, crafts, and songs are just a few words that describe the children’s Bible study classes. Each class is divided into grades for children to learn in smaller groups. Bible study classes are available for four years old through fifth grade.
Temple Kids Church: 10:00 AM
Temple Kids Church is a high energy, virtue-driven worship service designed to be relevant for kids today. Temple Kids teaches kids to become true disciple’s through singing, video, storytelling, scripture, giving, and games. Your children will enjoy a great program conformed to their age while you are able to enjoy the morning service without distraction.
Cherub Choir:
For: Children ages three through Kindergarten
When: Sunday Nights, 5:35-5:50 pm.
Where: In the Art Room (near the playground entrance)

Jubilee Choir:
For: Children in 1st through 5th grades
When: Sunday 5:20-5:50.
Where: In the Encouragers Classroom upstairs off the Fellowship Hall

Bell Choir:
For: Children kindergarten through 5th grade.
When: Sunday 5:00-5:20 pm.
Where: In the Fellowship Hall (2nd Level).

Awana
The Awana program is a great way to have your child learn God's Word in a fun way. Awana meets on Wednesday nights from 6:45-8:00 PM for children 2 years old through sixth grade. The Awana program begins in August and concludes in May.
Age Groups
Puggles: 2-3 years olds
Cubbies: 4-5 year olds
Sparks: Kindergarten through 2nd grade
Truth and Training: 3rd through 6th grade
Awana targets three areas that are exciting and educational:
• Group competition
• Scripture memorization
• Applicable Bible lessons






Each children's ministry volunteer is a faithful member of Temple Baptist Church, who has made a commitment to distinctive Christian living; and has been observed, interviewed by the children’s pastor, and screened prior to being placed in a classroom or nursery. Volunteers receive regular training and evaluations
